Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes, no luck

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have uninstalled FiveM and reinstalled because the game would not load at all. After the reinstall, it opened and started downloading all of the new information but when ready to load the error above popped up sayin the CitizenFX.CORE was missing?
