I’m unable to launch FiveM because I always get the following error:
“Could not validate game ownership! If you are running this as administrator, please launch it as regular user.”
I own GTA V on Steam and it launches normally.
I have already tried:
Reinstalling FiveM.
Reinstalling Rockstar Games Launcher.
Verifying GTA V files through Steam.
Removing ReShade and all mods.
Running everything without administrator privileges.
Clearing FiveM cache.
Using a VPN.
Restarting my PC.
The attached log shows that FiveM successfully detects Steam, Rockstar Launcher and validates my GTA V entitlement, but it still fails with the ownership validation error.

Are u sure than u close absolutely all processes in task manager? Check that one more time and try again. Rockstar and steam/epic have to be closed on 100% and then launch fivem
I did that once and that’s all. I launch fivem as a usual game without any issues. (sry for a late answer. I haven’t visited this site for a few days :3)
