Hi, some people reported that this helped them:
Press the Windows key and R on your keyboard. This should open the Run box. In it, type in notepad %localappdata%\FiveM\FiveM.app\CitizenFX.ini and press OK.
This should open a Notepad document. If you see a line containing UpdateChannel=, delete it. Then at the bottom of the file add UpdateChannel=canary . Press Ctrl+S to save the file and try FiveM again.
