Please add to the end of your server.cfg
sv_licenseKey
Then start your server and it should output the value of your license key, check if it really matches the one you set.

Bro, do you have set sv_licenseKey ‘’…’’ all the way down in your server.cfg? I had it on the top but put in all the way down and now it’s working
