On June 22nd, I posted a detailed review after extensively testing Core Mechanic on a live production server. My intention was not to criticize the developers, but to provide constructive feedback from the perspective of a server owner who genuinely wanted this resource to succeed.
I spent many hours testing the resource, recording videos, documenting issues, comparing its functionality with other mechanic systems, and writing a comprehensive report explaining where I believed the resource could be improved. I expected that, at the very least, someone from the team would acknowledge the feedback, ask for additional information, or provide some indication that the reported issues would be reviewed.
Today is August 3rd, and after more than six weeks, there has been no response whatsoever.
What is most disappointing is not simply that some features are missing, but the complete lack of communication. When customers invest their time testing a premium resource and provide detailed reports intended to help improve it, silence sends the message that customer feedback is not a priority.
Many of the limitations I mentioned in my original post are still present. Several GTA V vehicle modification categories remain unavailable or cannot be managed properly through the interface, reducing the overall customization experience. There are mechanic resources—some of them several years old and even available for free—that currently offer more complete vehicle customization than this premium product. For a resource marketed as a modern mechanic solution, I believe it is reasonable to expect full support for GTA V/FiveM vehicle modifications, broader compatibility across different vehicle classes, and a tuning experience that does not require additional resources to fill missing functionality.
What concerns me even more is the lack of transparency regarding development and issue tracking. If feedback is not going to receive a response, then server owners have no way of knowing whether reported problems are acknowledged, planned for future updates, or simply ignored. Good communication is just as important as adding new features, especially for paid resources.
This post is not intended to attack anyone personally. I still believe Core Mechanic has potential, and I would genuinely like to see it become one of the best mechanic systems available. However, potential alone is not enough. A premium resource should also provide active support, clear communication, and ongoing improvements that reflect the feedback received from its customers.
At this point, after waiting more than six weeks without any response, I cannot honestly say that my experience with the support has met the expectations I had when purchasing a premium resource.
I sincerely hope this feedback is finally acknowledged, that communication with customers improves, and that future updates address not only the missing functionality but also the concerns that many members of the community have already raised.
