crazy work, seen the convo there wasnt even 4 sentances said, you are disrespectful and expect customers to be respectful back. Your lack of respect and support should not be the customers problem. you should be happy and willing to help your customers with the minimal sales you get. hoping the right person sees this because you sir are wrong and manipulative. the way you twist peoples words and try to make them the bad guy is terrible service. Seen the whole convo dude shouldnt of had a ban for no reason.
We are not “rude” or “disrespectful”. We help anyone who needs help configuring/installing our scripts. However, there are rules, rules that are visible to all users. He has broken the rules several times and has been warned. No, we’re not friends, for example, sending a private message to a staff member is against the server rules, and this applies to everyone. We do want to be treated with respect, just as we treat people with respect. This has not been the case in several exchanges. Buying one of our scripts doesn’t mean you can treat us any way you like. And that goes both ways. We don’t currently have to justify the penalty, as we have already explained. We’re human beings, just like you, and just because you’re a customer doesn’t mean you have every right. It’s amusing to see that the only people who complain about us are the ones who do something wrong and get punished for it. As I’ve said before, all reviews about the support are public and visible to everyone. Commenting the same thing on several posts shows frustration and a desire to cause harm. Which is a pity when you know that the only one at fault in the story is the person who made the mistake. I won’t say any more on the subject, the facts are there, whether you like them or not.
