Cop car laptops can access the internet

Hey all, I’m pretty sure most RP communities have some sort of CAD/MDT, and that most police car models have laptops textured into them. Is there any way my server could have an add-on or plugin to make it so you can use the laptop in the car texture to access the internet?

It’d be really cool, thanks for responding.
