Constantly crashing same error everytime

What did you do to get this issue? Join my favorite RP server, play for about 5 minutes then crash, no matter what. Ive never had this issue besides couple months ago and it fixed itself after i stopped playing for a while.
What server did you get this issue on? Los Angeles Role Play

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far. Clearing cache, restarting pc, updateing drivers, disabling windows firewall.

PLEASE someone help me. ive done everything. Ive cleared cache, reinstalled fivem, gta. updated all drivers.
