Also add what you already tried so far.
Verifiying GTA5, Deleteing FiveM cache and citizen.ini, removing scripts and mods like scripthook, Try disabling nvidia shadow play via citizen.ini “DisableNVT=0” below file directory.

Ah - the good old XAudio2_7.dll_unloaded issue. I thought there was already a workaround in the codebase for that. 
… oh, WHY DO YOU HAVE AN XAUDIO2_7.DLL IN YOUR GAME FOLDER?!
Ill try removing it and update you guys on what happens
