That means that you’re not allowlisted on the server you’re attempting to connect to. Your actions then depend on whether you’re a player or the owner of the server.

Edit your allowlist resource to add yourself. You can try asking the group you bought the server files from for how you would do that.
You are aware that, in most (if not all) cases this is clearly against FiveM’s ToS if it’s not being sold through Tebex?
Just pointing out, that’s all.
To the OP: I dont know how you set the server up, so it can be either txAdmin’s “native” whitelisting that’s preventing access or some third-party resource. Browse through your server resources and see if there’s anything related to an Allowlist in there

It depends on what resources you have on your server. If I were you, I’d check txAdmin first to make sure its Allowlisting feature is turned off (or, alternatively, your IDs are added to it so you log onto the server)
