Quite literally just downloaded FiveM, launched it, and I’m receiving this error.
Any assistance?

Same here. Absolutely no clue what to do.
try to delete the cache folder and then the scripthookv.dll out of fiveM folder and rerun it, but if u had FIVEM working prior to this update then YOU MUST HAVE A CACHE.XML withing your FIVEM folder FIND IT
nothing worked for me, i had to take scripthookV out of my Grand Theft Auto V game for my FiveM to work…

i got this error when trying to reinstall it im gonna try to reinstall scripthookv in gta v folder and see if it works

Removing scripthookv.dll from my root gta folder worked

yea thats because you have a custom one in there blocking it remove it and it will work
