same ive redownloaded and let it sit over night and nothing
apparently its based on who has the game files in your region…
did you get it working? ive been stuck on 86%

This is actually ridiculous that this has happened to so many people. Mine is doing the same thing. Stuck at 70%.

Same for me download on 0 Mbps it skyrockets to 20 for literally a second and then back to 0. Kept the dl going for around 8 hours and got to around 3%…
