So when i go to the config.js and replace the background it still wont work i do not know why

You can change it in the citizen folder and go to the system resource, there is a chat there, just edit the background section and give it an !important
It’s in the CSS section, usually there are 2 chat resources, you can select it in the Citizen → System_Resource section, change the background section and add !important
How do i access the system resources chat
File server → citizen → system_resource
there is no chat there
