Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? No

System specifications Windows 10, 32 GB RAM, Intel Core i9 7900X 3.30GHz, Titan X
What did you do to get this issue? Nothing, i reinstalled my windows because i had a virus, and when i tried to install FiveM it just gives me an error : Could not load resource CitizenGame.dll
What server did you get this issue on? None
CitizenFX.log file
.dmp files/report IDs

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

Also add what you already tried so far. i tried reinstalling fivem but still nothing

yes i do, i disabled it

If you disabled it delete your caches.xml in FiveM application data and try again
