I love the effort. I was in Chi for a long time. I get the feel. My only critique is there isn’t enough variability in the individual buildings. The streets don’t feel lived in. Buildings in Chi (at least on the north side where I was) have the same vibe but they are all different approaches to the same building design. Even on the south side, you have huge blocks of the same “greystone” design but they are not all exactly the same. I think with some variability, this could be very cool.
