hi i have tried to find out what this is doing. has tried and triggered it but not working and no difference when I delete it. can someone tell me what it does ?

Seems to be detecting messages without content or something (?) and if no content then it wont send the message (like trying to send a [space])
Just a guess, not sure too.

yes i thought the same. but you can still just send a space

It’s checking if the args are sent. If they are not there aka nil, then nothing will be done and returned out of the method.

A space is still a valid character so it will populate the message variable. This is more for triggering the chatMessage event yourself in another resource
