Chat (^) formatting using hex or rgb codes?

I’ve seen servers use colours that aren’t on the 9 colour script. Like image this for example. Orange and grey. What is the syntax one would use to do this? is it like ^#FFFFFF or what

See Chat Formatting // Colors, Bold, Underline

Doesnt answer my question at all. Orange or gray arent on the 1-9 options

These are the current server list ^1-9 colors. You can find them here.

doesnt answer my question

You can’t use hex or rgb colors, use the color codes blcd or d0p3t send you

does this anwser your question?

I guess showing that ^8 is orange and ^9 is gray wasn’t enough to put two and two together that there is no hex option?

I guess this then:

It appears the colours with the normal theme and “Dark” “Theme” are different.
