Character Selection Screen not showing up/ can't spawn in

System specifications: i9 9900k, rtx 2080 ti, 32 GB ddr4 ram, 4 tb ssd

I am a new server owner, and I am trying to learn what problems I have regarding my server. When connecting to my server I am stuck on the character selection background the menu itself doesnt show up, I can kill myself and revive myself with no issues however I cannot spawn in no matter what I try doing. I had resources installed that all worked together but I was recently trying to add stuff into my database so I could add new items to my esx_supermarket when I ran into this issue, I’ve reinstalled it and I reinstalled the esx_kashacters-master resource which did nothing to solve my problem. I tried searching these forums and I have found someone having the same issue but there was no resolution and the thread ended. I have tried clearing my server cache and my own cache in my own launcher directory which also did not fix it, any help will be truly appreciated.

This was on my personal FiveM Tx Admin server.
