Character Floating/Flying around uncontrollably -

I run a server called Murica RP, one of my members, when he joins the server, is flying/floating around uncontrollably. Clip is below. Me and 2 other members joined to see if it was a server issue or a client issue. Me and the other 2 members were perfectly fine and normal. Any ideas? I appreciate any helo you can give, and as soon as possible! Thanks!

using no ragdoll in F1 trainer helped, but in our server ragdoll is important so we still need a fix to the issue if available.

(Lambda menu) F1 > Player > No Radgoll must be ON
