Character creation issue on FiveM Enhanced

What is the issue you’re having?

Character creation does not come up. defaults to random character. Please help.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

i have tried installing the QBCore and doing all sorts of stuff. nothing worked

What server did you get this issue on?

my own server. FFC GTA V

Windows version

Windows 11

System specifications

rtx 3080
amd 5800X
