Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again?
did it. twice. reinstalled social club. twice. clear all matches with regedit for GTA/Rockstar/FiveM. twice.

banned on server i want to play with friends. just trying to connect via FiveM. i bought the game few minutes ago. new cd-key.

dont know where to find it but the FiveM works, the problem is banned user id with new copy of GTA5

Logout of Social Club and login with your new account
Delete %localappdata%\DigitalEntitlements
Start FiveM
Verify game with new account
