Changing the Rockstar User Agreement/Take-Two

Not so long ago, Rockstar/take-two updated the user agreement. Yesterday, the first results of this agreement showed themselves. The another MP platform published the following not very happy announcement yesterday:

1. You must remove all real brands from your user interfaces, websites and social networks within a week of the release of this announcement. - Although we believe in your creativity, in the rich world of Grand Theft Auto V there are already alternatives suitable for most brands - we recommend that you familiarize yourself with them.

2. Your in-game modified assets must be redone in accordance with the policy by September 16 - We understand how much time people have spent adding content to our platform’s servers, however, we believe that as much as 4 months will give you enough time to make the necessary changes. This will ensure a smoother transition for you and your players.

Is FiveM waiting for something like this? Today we planned to buy a CFX subscription, but due to uncertainty, the development of the server stopped.
