Change the Default Job (Esx)

CHANGE THE DEFAULT JOB (unemployed) TO ANOTHER

Hi everyone, i want to change the Default Job so if a new player joins he isnt in the unemployed job. I want that he is in the Goverment Society i created because on my Server the societys pay the their employes. I got taxes, speedcams, Shop taxes all directed to this society account.
Can anyone help me?
