How can I change my ingame name ?
I have try this:

Change your steam name, make sure you have it running in the background.

Okayy, but I don’t have a ‘Steam account’, so ??

I can turn it around and ask. Where get FiveM my current name from ??

Steam or the gear on the top right, or your computer name

  1. Steam… Has no account, 2) The ‘gear at the top’, has no effect. 3) But my ‘computer name’ is the same as my ‘ingame name’. So I think it come from there. Hmmm if yes, not easy to edit :confused:.

Edit: Maybe it be possible to change the point in FiveM, where it get this information ?

If you don’t have a steam account, then you probably don’t own a legitment copy of Grand Thief Auto which means your on your own.

@Heisen: My GTA 5 is 100% ok. I buy it back in 2015 as a CD box, I have a ‘RS’ account and I’m not banned. Maybe I have a Steam account I don’t know, I have never use it, so ?? :neutral_face:.

I am in the same case like you, i bought GTA V on CD box.
But i found a solution :

First install steam on your computer
Then click to game tab, and add a NON Steam game.
That’s it :wink:

After that you can play with your steam player name.
