How I could change key to speak

Not filling out the template usually gets you suspended - questions like your post should be posted in discussion threads, instead.
Anyway, it’s rather simple - navigate into standard GTAV settings in your Pause Menu -> Key Bindings, then select the category Voice Chat (or Online - I cant recall). Your keybind for Voice Chat will be somewhere in there.
