Change CAR PLATE in-game

Hello guys, i´m using ESX and wanted to know if there is a script that allow me to change a car plate in game “just skin” until car goes back into the garage. The server is RP so it will help to use your car for ilegal activities. It would be awesome if you can do it with an item.
