CfxCollection::ReadBulk of streaming file *** failed to read

I have been getting this error everytime I try to enter any server that has anything custom. This message pops up and if I click OK, the game closes. This happens on ANY server. From friends servers (that said friends have no issue joining) to any other server pre-populated. Is there any fix for this? I searched the forums, I tried disabling AntiVirus, disabling firewall, enabling ports, executing in admin mode, regenerating the cache (deleting cache folder and redownloading it), among others things I cant even remember. Any help would be appreciated

WORTH NOTING : The file in the message is different everytime, even in the same server

Specs (not sure if relevant):

I7 4790k
16 GB RAM
GTX 1070
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bits

Server problem or your internet connection. It fails to download the modifications from the server.

Server problem is unlikely as many friends are playing on those servers with no problems.

Regarding Internet Connection, any idea what could be the culprit?

Slow downloadspeeds?

Unlikely again, I have the fastest of all my friends. One is even playing with a measly 3Mb connection

Last but not least, firewall / anti-virus.

Disabled both, as stated in the post. Router related? Something special to look out for?

Doubt it… could be the firewall inside of the router though.

Nope, no luck. I even unistalled the AV, could play for a bit but nothing loaded. When I restarted the game, same issue from before

Had the same problem with my friend. However, did not get an answer. Strange Error

Me and my other friend can see every car but he is getting the same error as you.
