It already is. There is a public API available to pull server data. I used to have a stats page on my website showing active player counts before they disabled the old API due to bandwidth issues.

ESX is the worst thing that ever happened to FiveM.

ESX is what gave FiveM life and popularity, if you like it or not.
While ESX developers keep developing their project, most of ‘progressive’ FiveM community just keep blaming it and fighting against ghosts like ‘wrong community’.

Maybe the reason why FiveM is such popular is because FiveM is good itself? Working stable since 2017, having updates more frequently than 1 per year, supporting population and etc? “ESX”, “vRP”, paste any other framework here is NOTHING without FiveM. And the reason why they’re so much popular is because FiveM is popular, not vice-versa. I can agree that some audience is attracted by the opportunity to open server by copy-pasting resources, but this is not why FiveM is popular, goddamnit.

There should be no problems neither for you, neither for other contributors if we will just follow Gitflow based on rebasing local branches to avoid merge commits.

How the fuck you can’t understand that if ESX wasn’t a thing, people would use ANY OTHER framework. For example: vRP. And, for example, vRP is actually a framework, not just bunch of shitcode scripties with HUR TRIGGERSERVEREVENT wrappers. But also difference is ESX is maintained by psycho kid with complexes, and vRP is maintained by a good and mature programmer. It will be better for the community. I can’t understand why such newfags like you are thinking like they’re know everything better. In fact your opinion is wrong and you can’t understand it for some unknown reason.
