Cat yellow emma error. (please please help)

Legit or Pirate copy? legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? steam
Windows version? Windows 10 Version 1803 (dont know if this is the right version but theres also a version number in the system spec screenshot)
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes

What did you do to get this issue? computer froze had to hard reset pc, fivem would not load me into any server after restart
What server did you get this issue on? any and every

Delete caches.xml to force a check on the FiveM files

i’m not sure where to find that, i only was able to see caches.dat, is it the same thing?

also for some context, i’ve been running the game fine for a day or so (new player) and as soon as i hard reset my pc nothing i do will get me to connect to any server.

also, uninstalled and reinstalled the game entirely along with fivem, still same cat-yellow-emma error.

edit: still doesn’t work after clearing the caches.xml, system restoring, and uninstalling and reinstalling gta v + fivem. any ideas?

fixed it. the only thing i had to do was uninstall my antivirus…lmao. so if anyone sees this with the same error try the same thing.
