Car Gens with custom Ymap

So I have a custom ymap file. Basically a parking lot. I would like to add a couple car gens. I have tried it with codewalker but nothing ever shows up. So I have to questions:

Does this work with a custom ymap
Can I make it spawn a custom addon car that is in my server?

Yes i understand that. What I am trying to accomplish is having cars that are always spawned. So whenever the server reboots those cars are always in the same location. Like a car show kind of.
I have tried the Boot-vehicles script and the enc0ded script neither work reliably. And I havent had any luck finding a dev. So I thought of going the map route.

I have tried that. Works good except it does save vehicle extras. Or Mods. For instance I spawn a custom car, the go into vMenu and put the wing on and change the car color. Then save it. Upon reboot those extras are no longer there. Do you have a work around for that?

Only thing I can think of is adjusting the vehicles meta so that it will only ever spawn the one variation/colour, other than that I’m all out of ideas

Dude I will actually pay you if you can show me how to do that. I couldnt figure that out for the life of me. I can share the car file with you if you could show me.

I do know how to make them spawn with all the extras using the vehicles meta. That is just in the ```
and tags. But for the life of me I don’t know how to put the mods (spoiler, color, rims, etc) in the vehicles.meta
