I have absolutely no clue what your problem is.
Okay, I’m joining my server and will play a little, and then I’ll write something in the chat, but then I notice that nothing is coming! I only get one thing in the F8 menu as only commands work in F8
Few questions:
a) Is the chat resource the default chat resource (i.e. not modified).
b) Do you see a join message when you join
c) What exactly are you typying? (command? a message?)
A. I downloaded your chat item from the forum or what you say so it’s default
B. No, I do not see anyone when anyone joinar
C. The command only works in the F8 menu, and then messages and commands do not work at all!
Then you probably have a modified resource or a completely different chat resource that simply doesn’t work.
Normally the background isn’t transparent for the chat, so definitely modified.
I suggest removing the modified chat resource and replace it with the one out of the box.
It’s irrelevant, but you should fix it anyways.
