When on “Updating game chache” it starts downloading but the downloads get stuck at anywhere from 0-9% - Taskmanager shows 0 Network usage but constantly high CPU Usage (Anywhere from 16-20% Usage with 75ish MB Memory usage.) And 0% network usage. The
Client shows sometimes regular download speed of around 2MB/s to 0MB/s I’ve left this on to download overnight and its not slow download speed either unfortunately.

I have the same problem and i suggest you to allow connection for RedM in windows defender or disable your antivirus but my downloading still freezes
Why suggest something that doesn’t work?
I’ve got the same issue and I’ve tried everything I could think of even using VPN’s of 20 countries across the world and still can’t get it to work.
