Is There a fix for this problem i would want to play FiveM but i can’t just because of this problem.

I just downloaded FiveM on this laptop and i haven’t had this problem on my PC.

they told me to disable anti virus but it didnt work at all plus it was already disabled

its hard fixing an issue that isnt on this end.

If you only disabled your virus scanner try un-installing it as it could still be lingering.

Rockstar services were down when this first started. That was the initial cause. Check your connection and make sure your ISP doesn’t block rockstar services (???)
