Cant Seem To Get "Weapons" To Stream

I Drop all the ‘‘Y’’ files in stream folder but they dont show up in game.

I made a folder within the stream folder with the model name of the gun, and it works. My directory looks like this:

FiveMSERVER\resources\mods\stream\combatpistol

I put all the files for that gun in the combatpistol folder

i have taken and done these steps yet i still can’t get them to stream help ?
