Cant play Fivem when brother is playing FiveM

My friend can’t play on the same server as his brother. Its like they sahre the same account but they have seperate FiveM, Rockstar and steam accounts. They are only on the same wifi

Have both of them log into only the correct accounts, then delete the entire DigitalEntitlements folder in C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local, followed by a PC restart

The server probably has an IP restriction, so only one user per IP - tell your friend that one of them has to use a VPN.
