Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes, I tried to disable Avast, because it was finding something bad

Also add what you already tried so far.
I tried to open cmd, type GTA V location, then GTAVLauncher - verify
that didnt work

but why is FiveM existing if you can play GTA Online without it if your not a pirate?

Custom scripts?
Custom vehicles, peds, objects?
You can customize everything. Can’t do that in GTA:O.
