Cant Load Resource

For some reason a bunch of my cars I am trying to add come up in FiveM as not being able to load. I have done everything right and found the correct files but I seem to not work. Some cars work, some cars don’t. I have checked all spelling, __resource files to see and I am not sure. The only thing I’m questioning is in the stream folder. Do I need to have 2.YTD files and 2 YFT files? I don’t think so because some of the cars that do work are missing a YTD file. Some and most of the cars I am getting now only come with 3 files now. If anyone is able to help that would be great.

Fax core is modified but just with the vehicles and guns in dont want. Also I was having a problem with fax core saying my cars that I did get in were restricted. That was when I was is quest mode. When I signed in then they worked. It wasnt letting me use the cars even though there was no restriction on them.
