Also add what you already tried so far. reinstalled gtav, reinstalled fivem, deleted and redid cache. loaded into other servers but cant load into my friends server

so, i go to load into a random server and it downloads all resources and lets me load in. but on my friends server it gets stuck on downloading resources and doesnt continue, and they are able to load in perfectly fine
