Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? yes
When I launch RedM it asks to verify cache, once it finished it closes and never opens again, reinstalled and have the same problem.
Also add what you already tried so far.
