Hello,

This is caused from PVP Being disabled on your server

Here are a few fixes

  1. IF YOU ARE USING VMENU
    in vMenu go to your Permissions.CFG File and change the following
    setr vmenu_pvp_mode 1
0 = do nothing
1 = enable pvp (friendly fire)
2 = disable pvp (friendly fire)
  1. IF YOU ARE 3RD PARTY SCRIPT TO ENABLE IT

As can be seen on the above post there is a comment on there press the pvp.rar and it will download the script.
