Can't join my fxserver!

HELP! i tried to run my FXServer and when i delete esx/es/essentialmode i can join but when i reinstall all my files and made sure everything was installed correctly i try to join my server and it keeps claiming that my steam wasn’t running i tried to open fivem again and restarting my computer it keeps saying the same thing NOTE: i’m beginner and i have no idea how to fix this so maybe someone who has an idea how to possibly fix this

Hi its me again i fixed everything and i doesn’t give any errors but the only problem is that when i try to join my server it keeps claiming that i don’t have my steam open but i really do it only happens when i’m trying to join my own server is there any fix (pic)

The error indicates that the username and password you are using the sign in to your mysql database is incorrect.
