If an issue with starting: Everything was fine no problems whatsoever until FiveM updated this morning.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far. Rebooted router and PC. Deleted FiveM cache. Verified GTA5.

Deleting the cacne.xml AND the cache folder, the issue was resolved.
