Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? fivem doesnt have caches yet because it wont install

What did you do to get this issue? Nothing it is the first time installing fivem and i have this.
What server did you get this issue on? (Cant answer)

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Just windows
**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?**yes

Also add what you already tried so far. Vpn turning of anitvirus

When i try to install fivem i get message to update the game cache so i press yes but halfway trhough i get a error that says that there is a error while checking the bootstrapper so i tried again and clicked on show more image here and then if i go to the sites i get this error
