Can't install after uninstalling, Worked fine yesterday

What did you do to get this issue? Uninstalled FiveM trying to fix another error
What server did you get this issue on? N/A

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes It’s completely off

Also add what you already tried so far.
I originally tried restarting my PC 3 times because i couldn’t play due to an error that said fivem client wasnt up to date when trying to join servers, nothing worked. I uninstalled, now i get an error while installing. When i check that is says it works and that there’s another problem.Sometimes it installs up until the cache update then gives another error as seen above
