Can't get into the server

System specifications Windows 10, Gigabyte RTX 2070 8GB Gaming, Intel Core I5 6500 up to 3.6 GHz. 8GB 2400MHz RAM. 64 bit OP System.
What did you do to get this issue? I had some problems with my GPU so i reinstalled FiveM, then the issue started and FiveM started saying that i do not have steam open, but it is open and i’ve tried to restart my PC, restart steam, reinstall FiveM over and over again.
What server did you get this issue on? Texas Department of Public Safety

Also add what you already tried so far. I’ve tried to reinstall FiveM multiple times, reboot my PC, Restart Steam… Nothing so far… It is just showing me ‘‘Steam is not open’’.

Opt out of Steam beta. Steam changed something again (temporarily) breaking FiveM from being able to recognize it
