Contact the staff of that specific server for assistance

Open CMD and type in:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset

then delete the data, crash and logs folder in %localappdata%\FiveM\FiveM.app
Verify Grand Theft Auto integrity and make a Internet speedtest
If nothing works try pinging the server ping <server ip>
When nothing comes back, try enabling/disabling VPN or DNS Service Provider

i did and they gave me a few options to try to resolve the issue, but none worked. im so confused because every other server i try, i get into with ease

Might because of VPN
