Also add what you already tried so far. reinstalled fivem and restarted computer

try updating your videocard drivers, it appears to be a driver/windows sided problem with what it states with AMD.

if you have not restarted your computer yet, try doing that now as it could be stuck.

how would i update the drivers?

go to amd’s website and download the driver for your videocard?
