I have installed it, even followed [How-to] How To install EssentialMode 3.0 & CouchDB
But I have no access the to server. When I type in the address in my browser is just says “ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED”

yeah that is exactly what I did. I went and tried to install the old version of couchdb and it somewhat worked, had alot of errors because the admin crap wasn’t setting up correctly but I just can’t get 2.0.0 version to actually connect for some reason.
I had MYSQL working before but with the way ESM is going not supporting it, and alot of major scripts we want require ESM 3.0 or higher so we really are trying to figure it out.
Actually found a fix! https://github.com/apache/couchdb/issues/508
