Hi! I cant seem to get my clothing to stream. I was able to add a pack a while ago, but it seems like since switching my Element Club to the portal instead of Patreon, nothing streams anymore. Is there a way to check that everything is connected correctly? Do I need to make a new key? It’s only the clothing menu items not coming through (clothes, shoes, hair, nails, etc.)
Set your slot count (max players) to 10 or less and test your clothing. This will enable the ability to stream clothing for free to check if there are issues with the subscription.
Hi! It was at 10… I just recently updated it to 24 slots.
So the clothing was working when your slot count was at 10?
It was working at first with 10, then it stopped working at 10 when I tried to add more clothes. So I increased it to 24 thinking it would help but it didnt. So I’m not sure why it just randomly stopped working. I assume that it may have to do with my switch from patreon to the portal subscription
If the clothing doesn’t work with 10 slots (or less) then it’s an issue with the clothing itself.
Yea I’m confused on what could be wrong; I didn’t change how I imported clothes before. And its clothing from different places, and none of them work. Not sure what could be the issue; and there Isn’t any crashing, they just don’t appear. Did I need to change my key after switching to the portal?
Also, I took my original clothing pack out that I put in when it was working fine, but the clothes are still in the clothing menu. So I’m really confused.
The keys are the exact same and perks go on the account (meaning all keys have it). This has no affect though when your slot count is 10 or less.
So when it comes to this; would it still be because of the clothes? Because even after removing the clothes they are still in the server.
If you see clothing in the server that isn’t default/vanilla then you are still streaming clothing. I can’t tell you what is or isn’t in your server.
Yea I removed the clothing pack so im not sure why theres still clothes in there.
Anyone else able to help or have a dev that can look into this for me? Idk why clothes just stopped streaming.
