Cant find my own server

So basically i just got a vps and i had it setup on it ive opened the ports that is required and i dont know if “hitch warning” is bad to get spammed but i think its due to cpu overload when i work on alot of things at the same time. but basically when its started it doesnt show up when i click direct connect and in servers so its like it doesnt exist… What should i do about this?
